Southeast School Safety Summit registration fees are non-refundable, but transfers are permitted.  Transfer requests must be received by no later than July 13, 2023.  All transfer requests should be emailed to summit@safeandsoundschools.org and must include the following details: 

  • Confirmation number
  • Email address used to register for the summit
  • Name of person registration is being transferred to
  • Email address for person registration is being transferred to

The Southeast School Safety Summit will be held at Gatlinburg Convention Center: 234 Historic Nature Trail, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. 

The closest commercial airport is the McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, Tennessee and is about 40 miles from Gatlinburg.
