  • We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your browser during the Summit. A few people have reported having issues with Safari.
  • Try refreshing your browser or singing in and signing back out.
  • Check: Is the session you are trying to play scheduled for this time? Sessions will only be played during their scheduled time and after that, will be available on-demand.

Registration includes one week of on-demand access, but you can also extend that access to one month by upgrading to the All-Access Pass package. Simply modify your registration to do extend your access.

  • During the three-day programming, each day's sessions will be available on-demand through the Agenda page following the live summit (around 5pm ET). This means Tuesday's live sessions will be available on-demand Tuesday evening, Wednesday's live sessions will be available on-demand Wednesday evening, and Thursday's live sessions will be available Thursday evening. Click on each "Join Session" button to rewatch or review missed content.

For your convenience, you'll also get an email explaining this update on Thursday, October 20 following the Summit. Each session on the On-Demand Library page will have a "Join Session" button.

Note – The On-Demand Library page will be available to you for a limited amount of time depending on your registration and whether you purchased the All-Access Pass.
