In 2021, Brad Stevenson began working with the Green River Regional Educational Cooperative as the School Threat Assessment and Anonymous Reporting Grant Coordinator. He coordinates and provides professional development, along with conducting school safety assessments throughout the year. Brad retired from the Kentucky State Police, where he worked on various assignments; Trooper, Detective, and on security details that included the Kentucky Derby, World Equestrian Games, and assisting with Governor and US Presidential protection details. After retiring in 2014, he entered the education field full time, having the opportunity to work in middle and high schools while serving as coach and athletic director. Brad has received training from the US Secret Service, KSP Executive Security Section, and KY Homeland Security. He received a master of science degree from Murray State University.
