At Round Rock ISD, she led the creation of the Behavioral Health Services Department, overseeing a team of social workers providing vital support to students and families. Dr. Grosso pioneered the threat assessment process, creating a safe environment for over 46,000 students and updated suicide protocols district-wide, implementing evidence-based practices. Driven to enhance student support, she played a crucial role in establishing the Round Rock ISD Police Department, fostering collaboration between social workers and officers.
