Registration Refund Policy

You may cancel your registration at any time; however, registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your registration pass to a colleague.

Ticket Transfer Policy

For all ticket types, transfer requests must be received no later than October 16, 2026. All transfer requests should be emailed to summit@safeandsoundschools.org and must include the following details: 

  • Confirmation number 

  • Email address used to register for the summit 

  • Name of the person registration is being transferred to 

  • Email address for the person registration is being transferred to 

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts is located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

Parking is available at and around Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, including on-site parking garages and several nearby public garages within walking distance. Parking in Manhattan can be limited and expensive, especially during peak event hours, so attendees are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra travel time.

Additional public garages are available throughout the surrounding area. Rates vary by location, vehicle size, and duration of stay. 

Attendees may also wish to consider rideshare services, taxis, or public transportation as alternatives to driving. Lincoln Center is accessible via multiple subway and bus lines.

The nearest major airports to Lincoln Center are:

  • John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) — approximately 25 miles from Lincoln Center
  • LaGuardia Airport (LGA) — approximately 10 miles from Lincoln Center
  • Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) — approximately 20 miles from Lincoln Center

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts is located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Travel times will vary based on airport, route, time of day, and traffic.
