As the Outreach Coordinator for SafeUT, Diana is dedicated to building meaningful connections with communities across Utah and raising awareness about the critical resources our program offers. Mental and emotional wellness has always been a passion of mine, and she brings over a decade of experience in crisis intervention, peer support, and community advocacy to my role.

Before joining SafeUT, Diana worked as a certified crisis counselor with the Utah Crisis Line, providing critical support during high-pressure situations. She also served as a peer support specialist, advocating for the mental health needs of the Hispanic community through collaborations with organizations like NAMI Utah and Latino Behavioral Health Services.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Diana had the privilege of supporting individuals through the Utah Strong program at the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, helping people navigate the emotional challenges of an unprecedented time.
