Registration for the live broadcast is complimentary – there is no fee. With standard registration, you'll have access to the live broadcast on October 17, 18, and 19.  If you can't attend the live viewing or anticipate missing sessions, you can upgrade your registration and purchase a One Week Pass or an All-Access Pass.

Registrants who wish to access content after the live broadcast will need to purchase an on-demand pass. There are two on-demand passes available:

• One Week Pass ($149): Live broadcast + one week of on-demand access following the summit + special bonus sessions
• All-Access VIP Pass ($299): Live broadcast + one month of on-demand access following the summit + special bonus sessions

On-demand passes can be purchased during registration. If you have already registered for the free live broadcast and you'd like to add an on-demand pass to an existing registration, please sign in to modify your registration.

National Summit on School Safety registration fees are non-refundable, but transfers are permitted.  Transfer requests must be received by no later than October 6, 2023.  All transfer requests should be emailed to summit@safeandsoundschools.org and must include the following details: 

• Confirmation number
• Email address used to register for the summit
• Name of person registration is being transferred to
• Email address for person registration is being transferred to

The summit will take place over three days: October 17-19. Each morning, you'll receive an email with instructions and a link to join. The link provided in the email should automatically log you in the platform. If you are not automatically logged in or did not receive an email, please manually login using the email and password designated during registration.

During the live broadcast, you'll navigate the virtual conference through the Agenda page where you'll see "Join Session" buttons. We invite you to access the platform early to familiarize yourself with its features. Note – "Join Session" buttons will only appear during the three-day live broadcast.

Unfortunately we do not offer these. 

On-Demand Passes:

Registration is complimentary and includes live viewing only. To access the summit on-demand, you can either purchase a One Week Pass for $149 or an All-Access Pass for $299 to secure one month of on-demand access. Both passes unlock exclusive bonus content, including Special Sessions and Game Changer Discussions.

• One Week Pass: On-demand access through October 27, 2023
• All-Access Pass: On-demand access through November 20, 2023

On-demand passes can be purchased during registration. If you'd like to purchase an on-demand pass after registering, you can modify your registration to add a pass. 

Accessing the On-Demand Library:

The On-Demand Library will go live the evening of Thursday, October 19 after the live broadcast. You must be logged in to see the On-Demand Library in the navigation menu.

Trouble Loading Sessions

• Try checking your internet connection. 
• We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your browser during the Summit. A few people have reported having issues with Safari. 
• Try refreshing your browser or signing in and signing back out.
• Check: Is the session you are trying to play scheduled for this time? Sessions during the live broadcast will only be played during their scheduled time and after that, will be available on-demand*
