Shauntelle Cota is dedicated to serving, educating and inspiring others to create an enriched life. She has over 25 years of experience in education.

As an elementary teacher she was able to provide an optimal learning environment for students in an inner-city environment. During that time, she became inspired to discover methods for meeting the social-emotional needs of students and attained a Masters of Education degree in School Counseling. This skill set lead to leadership roles working with non-English speaking student populations and providing teacher coaching and support. Seeing a need for strong instructional leaders, she pursued a certification in administration and served as a school leader in Washington, DC and Salt Lake City, UT.

Afterwards, she joined Teachscape as a consultant to facilitate effective learning presentations, provide coaching, curriculum support, and research-based consulting to school systems across the country. When promoted to the Director of Professional Learning, she provided leadership and support to a group of consultants in the company while continuing to facilitate, create sessions, and manage client accounts. This experience helped her to develop strong presentation and public speaking skills for optimal audience engagement.

Ms. Cota is passionate about incorporating ways to serve society in all areas of life, particularly in her career. She is committed to remaining a lifelong learner and values opportunities to expand knowledge in others through leadership, coaching, professional development, communicating best practices, and fostering authentic connections.
