Safety is a team sport! During this session, join Brian Gard as he shares strategies and leading practices to ensure your safety team is optimized and how to identify and overcome hurdles with teammates. Participants will leave the session with action items to immediately apply to enhance their team and make their schools safer.

Objectives:

• Identifying team member strengths and opportunities to improve.
• Coaching strategies to get what you need out of your team.
• The importance of team accountability and how to overcome challenges.
• Onboarding / off-boarding and / or moving team members to “the right seat on the bus.” Provide communication strategies to consider.
