During this presentation, participants will take a deep dive with Michele Gay and Brian Gard into the Safe & Sound Comprehensive Framework. They will share strategies to consider and participants will have an opportunity to begin creating an action plan to make their schools safer. Objectives:

• Inspire participants to take action, that it’s absolutely possible to make changes!
• Review the Safe and Sound Schools' framework and tie in the application points from Michele Gay’s keynote presentation on Day 1.
• Share and discuss action steps used and apply them.
• Discuss team think, identify hurdles and create action steps.

At multiple points during the presentation, pause for reflection and application and small group conversations. Participants to leave the session with an outline of an action plan to apply to their district.
