In this session, Michele Gay discusses lessons learned in reunifying students with their families after a crisis or emergency to reduce a risk of secondary trauma. She defines reunification and discusses best practices in reunification. In this session, participants will learn about on-site, off-site and drive through reunification as well as who should be on the reunification team and their roles and responsibilities.
