Description
Draft or review your Crisis Communication plan, meet with law enforcement and the media about proper flow of communication during a crisis, and establish a keyboard warrior support group of community members who can assist during a crisis. We will also discuss the importance of communicating with your community the (general) protocol for messaging during a crisis, and focusing on strategic communication to build collateral through storytelling.
