In this session, participants will learn about the impact school climate has on school safety and best practices for improving both climate and safety. Session topics include signs and symptoms of mental health challenges, restorative practices, and tips for enhancing school safety using a behavioral threat assessment model. A central theme to this session is the importance of building strong relationships amongst students, staff members, and families.
