Caty Davis is the Assistant Director of School- Based Initiatives for the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. She oversees numerous school-based mental health programs across the state. She is a magna cum laude graduate of The University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. In addition to her work with the Department, Caty has been dedicated to promoting awareness and fundraising for substance abuse prevention and treatment across the state for the past 10 years.
Caty was crowned Miss Tennessee 2017 and placed in the Top 12 at the Miss America Pageant. For her efforts in combatting substance abuse and reducing stigma, she was named Accomplished Alumni 2017 by the University of Tennessee. Caty resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
