Mrs. Simpson is the principal of Jefferson Middle School in Jefferson City, Tennessee. She is in her 10th year in administration with seven years as a lead principal. She has served 5 schools within Jefferson County during her career. She was a member of the 2017 cohort of the Governors Academy for School Leaders program and an inaugural member of the Tennessee Rural School Leaders program. She holds a bachelors and master's degree from Carson Newman University. Mr. Simpson lives Strawberry Plains with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
