Bryan Southerland is the Chief of Cocke County Fire Department. He started his career as a firefighter in a volunteer fire station at the age of 14 after being raised in a family that selflessly served their community in emergency public service. Southerland was blessed to be accepted into the Cocke County Fire Department in 1997. His goals are to serve people in any capacity, with public safety as the priority.
