Casey Kelley is the Assistant Director of Schools for Cocke County School System in East Tennessee.  Cocke County Schools is a rural school district in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains serving 4300 students and 700 faculty and staff.  Born and raised in Cocke County, Casey has been blessed to serve the students and stakeholders of his hometown community for 26 years in multiple rolls with the school district: high school teacher, coach, athletic director, assistant principal, district supervisor, and SAVE Act Coordinator.  Casey has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Emory & Henry College, where as a linebacker he was a four-year football letterman.  Casey has a Master of Arts and Teaching in Curriculum and Instruction from Carson Newman College, and an Educational Specialist in Administrative Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University.  Casey has been active in School Safety for the last decade, becoming certified as a TN School Safety Specialist and currently serving as a TN School Safety Mentor.
