School violence continues to represent a vexing challenge for school officials, law enforcement, mental health providers, communities, researchers, and elected officials. The Averted School Violence Database helps us to understand how attacks were averted and provides insight into the prevention of youth violence in schools as we implement Prevent 2 Protect in Michigan.
