Ruth Hegwood-Mills is the Supervisor of Instructional Data as well as the Career and Technical Education Coordinator for the Marion School District. She is an energetic educator in her 19th year of education. Prior to becoming the Supervisor of Instructional Data, Ruth has served as the Director of Student Information, District School Improvement Specialist, District Technology Trainer, Curriculum Technologist/Instructional Facilitator, and a Business Education Instructor. She consistently works to improve her ability to motivate, instruct, and create meaningful learning experiences learners as well as challenge fellow employees, students, and organization members.
