Dr. Mike Skelton is in his 31st year in Arkansas Public School education. He has served in a number of roles such as teacher, coach, bus driver, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent and superintendent. Dr. Skelton has worked in the West Memphis, Pocahontas, Paragould, Jonesboro, and Benton School Districts and is currently serving as an assistant superintendent over secondary schools, transportation, maintenance/facilities, safety and security in the Marion School District. He has worked as an adjunct professor with William Woods University and at his alma mater Arkansas State University teaching in the MSE and EdS programs respectively.
