Lisa Huffmaster just recently came to the Arkansas Department of Education. She was the Director of Special Services for the Greenbrier School District for 5 years, Fountain Lake for 4 years, and Sheridan for 2 years. She taught special education in a wide variety of roles and settings before moving to administration. She obtained her National Board Certified Exceptional Needs Specialist Licensure in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the University of Central Arkansas, a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and completed the program and licensure requirements for a Special Education Curriculum Program Administrator at the University of Central Arkansas.
