A presentation designed to motivate faculty and staff to buy into a climate and culture of school safety by promoting the necessary tools, policies, and procedures for doing so. Campus climate and culture are cornerstones in the creation and maintenance of a more secure school for both students and staff. Studies of effective schools have consistently shown that before learning can occur, a safe and orderly environment must be established. School culture, at its core, is about the way students, teachers, and administrators interact with one another. Culture is at the heart of learning; creating a safe, supportive, stimulating environment is the best way for students to thrive.
