Mark served for over 30 years in the Security and Safety industry in a variety of roles. Currently serve as Board Chairman of the Partner Alliance for Safer Schools (PASS), as a volunteer advisor for the Secure Schools Alliance, as a technical committee member of the NFPA 3000 Active Shooter/Hostile Event Response (Asher) standard, and the NFPA Steering Committee on School Safety and Security. He is a member of the Rapid Access Advisory Council and on the Door Security and Safety Foundation Conference Advisory Board. Additionally, he served as a code instructor for the State of Michigan for 15 years, as a Door and Hardware Institute (DHI) instructor for several years and has been involved with Safe Schools since the early 90’s. He is also involved with the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance organization in assisting churches apply for non-profit security grants through the Department of Homeland Security. In over 24 years with Allegion, served as the Vice President of Architectural and Construction Services, Project Based Business Leader, and Regional Director.

Education: Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University
