Bright Futures Coordinator, Benton, Arkansas

Shameka Christon currently serves as the Bright Futures Coordinator in Benton Arkansas. She also has a diverse background serving children youth and families as a social worker. Shameka was a standout basketball player at the University of Arkansas which led to the opportunity to play professional basketball for fifteen years. With a passion for service, Shameka has served in numerous leadership positions and is currently focused on building strong partnerships in the Benton community to serve students and their families.
