Alana O'Grady Lauk is the Vice President of Communications at Verkada, the Silicon Valley Unicorn focused on keeping people and places safe through technology.

Prior to joining Verkada, she spent more than five years in Edelman’s U.S. and Hong Kong offices. The majority of her time with Edelman was spent in Asia, where she advised U.S. MNCs looking to grow their footprint in the region.

Before relocating to Hong Kong, Alana spent two years stationed in Singapore where she led regional Southeast Asia communications hubs for blue-chip technology companies. She began her career with Burson-Marsteller in New York City specializing in corporate media relations and executive positioning.
