Tiffany Turner, LPC-S is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in Texas with more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and K-12 education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Northeastern State University.

Tiffany currently serves as the Coordinator of Crisis Intervention & Support for Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, where she leads district efforts related to crisis response, prevention, student risk, and behavioral threat assessment and management. She also serves as Clinical Director of The Oaks Life Center, a private practice, where she provides clinical leadership and supervision to counseling professionals. Tiffany is also a Master Trainer with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s National Threat Evaluation and Reporting (NTER) Office.

Her career has spanned Child Protective Services, MHMR, psychiatric hospitals, private practice, and public education, giving her a broad perspective on mental health, student safety, and complex student needs. Her areas of expertise include crisis intervention, suicide and violence risk, prevention, and behavioral threat assessment and management. Tiffany is also a professional speaker and continuing education provider, presenting to educators, mental health professionals, and other professionals on topics related to crisis response, student safety, behavioral risk, and mental health.
Tiffany is particularly passionate about helping schools approach student safety through a multidisciplinary lens—balancing the need for safety and risk management with the individual needs of students.
