Name
From Concern to Action: Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management Simulation
Description

In this interactive, scenario-based training, participants will put the Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) process into practice by working through a realistic case as a multidisciplinary team. Participants will screen concerns, gather and analyze information, conduct interviews, assess risk and protective factors, develop individualized intervention and management strategies, and establish follow-up plans. Along the way, they’ll explore how multidisciplinary teams can leverage diverse perspectives and community resources to make informed decisions and support individuals before concerns escalate.
