In this presentation, participants will learn about a multi-tiered system of support to prevent bullying, with an emphasis on the importance of building a positive and inclusive school climate. Specific strategies for creating a positive and intervening when bullying occurs will be reviewed. Participants will also learn how to coach targets and perpetrators of bullying and empower bystanders to be upstanders.
