You will receive an email following your session with a link to a course survey. Upon submission of the survey, Safe and Sound Schools will send a certificate by email within 72 hours. If you encounter any issues, please email Brittani Keel, Director of Administration, Safe and Sound Schools at brittani@safeandsoundschools.org.

You will be prompted to sign into your account using the email and password you created during your initial registration (you can reset your password if needed). Once signed in, you will be prompted to review your registration—skip ahead to Step 4, "Training Sessions," to select a new training date. Click Continue to confirm the changes. You will then receive a new session confirmation email with the updated session details.
