Speaker Bio
Chad Brown is the Vice President of Tower Facility Management, a full-service facilities management firm that services federal buildings and other commercial buildings across the United States.

Chad, a graduate of Benton High School, is proud to call Benton, Arkansas, his home. Chad and his wife Tiffany, an attorney with the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and an adjunct law professor, make community service a priority for their family. Chad currently serves as a board member of the Panther Development Football League, a program dedicated to promoting youth football for 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade student athletes through the four principles of sportsmanship, integrity, teamwork, and attitude. He also serves as a board member of the Benton Touchdown Club, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that exists for the purpose of broadening the involvement of students, student families, and the Benton Public School District, through support for Benton High School and Junior High football activities. Chad, Tiffany, and their family are also active members of the Church at Rock Creek.

Chad’s passion for community service is inspired by his three children—Jackson, age 11, and twin daughters, Gabby and Gracie, age 8. Jackson was the catalyst for Chad’s interest in Bright Futures. When Jackson came home and told his parents that a classmate’s home had burned to the ground just prior to Christmas and that he wanted to help but did not know how, Chad saw the serious need for a network by which students, teachers, counselors, and parents could come together to meet the needs of children and families in the community. Chad has also learned firsthand how much a community network would benefit children based on his work with young athletes in need of assistance. He is excited about all that Bright Futures will do for the community that he loves.
