Ray is the current Missouri School Boards’ Association Board of Directors President. He has been the K-8 MSBA Board Representative for eight years and an officer of the Board for three years. He has served on the Richards R-V School District Board of Education for 16 years. He has been a self-employed small business owner for 30 years. Ray has been married for 25 years and has two children attending University of Missouri-Columbia.
