Becca Rae, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), brings over a decade of experience in behavior support across various settings. She holds a master’s degree in education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and currently serves as a Bullying Prevention & Behavior Support Specialist for the Utah State Board of Education. In this role, she develops technical assistance and professional learning for Local Education Agencies (LEAs) on topics such as bullying and positive behavior supports. Becca's prior experience includes working as a district behavior specialist and supervisory roles in private clinical settings. She is passionate about supporting students throughout the state, especially those needing additional assistance.
