She currently serves as the Division Director for Juvenile Justice & Youth Services (JJYS), providing strategic vision and oversight for statewide programs focused on trauma-informed and youth-centered principles. Throughout her tenure, she has been a driving force for system reform, acting as a primary liaison to the legislature and standardizing policy to ensure equitable service delivery.
