With over 30 years of experience in the field of education, Sarah Reader has worked across all instructional levels, spanning from early childhood to higher and adult education. She is currently an Executive Director with Ogden School District, where she manages early childhood programs, leader learning, and principal support while developing the Opportunity Center of Ogden School District. Sarah is dedicated to empowering excellence and building stakeholder capacity through leadership and coaching. As a committed lifelong learner, she focuses her research on transformational leadership, productivity, adult learning, the assessment and placement of diverse learners, understanding safety and vulnerable decision points, and closing the school-to-prison pipeline to deepen her professional impact.
