Cecilia Gutierrez is an Intelligence Analyst with Utah Department of Public Safety's Statewide Information and Analysis Center (SIAC). She is assigned to school safety within the SIAC's Targeted Violence Team and SBI's Threat Management Unit where she primarily tracks and assists law enforcement with threats to Utah schools and threats related to Nihilistic Violent Extremism. Prior to the SIAC, she worked in Pretrial Services with Salt Lake County Criminal Justice Services and with the Utah Office for Victims of Crime. She graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Criminal Justice.
