Stefie Munk, MA, BCBA, LBA, is a seasoned behavioral expert and educational leader with over 20 years of experience spanning the full spectrum of the field, from paraprofessional and teacher to behavior program administrator. Holding a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, she specializes in Tier 3 interventions and complex behavioral programming for students aged K–22, with a particular expertise in self-contained settings for those with severe behavioral challenges. Her professional mastery is profoundly enriched by her lived experience as a mother of three and grandmother of four, navigating the beautiful complexities of Autism, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, Anxiety, and OCD within her own family and life. This dual perspective allows her to lead with authentic empathy and unparalleled insight.
