This breakout session will focus on facilitating effective debrief conversations using the After Action Debrief Template. Debriefs are expected to be conducted following a significant compromise of school security and encouraged after school safety drills. Participants will hear about strategies for gathering feedback, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, encouraging stakeholder participation, and documenting actionable next steps to strengthen future preparedness and response efforts.
