Scott Lord brings more than 25 years of experience in the life safety industry, specializing in technologies, standards, and strategies that enhance the protection of people and facilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Fire Science and maintains multiple professional credentials, including ALICE Instructor certification and NICET Level II Fire Alarm certification. He also contributes to industry standards development as a technical committee member for NFPA 730/731. Scott currently serves as a Solutions Consultant for Electronic Contracting Company (ECC). He is a founding member of the Partner Alliance for Safer Schools (PASS), where he serves on the Advisory Council and Co-Chairs the Technical Committee. In recognition of his longstanding commitment to improving school safety, Scott was honored as the recipient of the PASS Volunteer Award in 2025.
