Master Police Officer (MPO) Javon Clark has proudly served with the Concord Police Department and has been a dedicated School Resource Officer (SRO) at Cox Mill High School since 2009. Throughout his career, Officer Clark has been committed to building positive relationships between law enforcement, students, faculty, Cabarrus County Educators and the community while helping provide a safe and secure learning environment.
With more than a decade of experience as an SRO, Officer Clark has become a trusted mentor, educator, and leader within the school community. He is passionate about engaging the youth, crime prevention, school safety, and building meaningful connections that help foster relationships between law enforcement and the community.
Officer Clark believes that effective policing begins with trust, communication, and service. He strives each day to make a lasting impact by protecting those he serves, mentoring young people, and representing the Concord Police Department with honor, compassion, and excellence.
