Amy Lowder is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and Director of Student Safety & Well-being in Cabarrus County Schools, where she advances both physical and psychological safety for students. She provides training in crisis prevention and intervention, threat and suicide assessment, school safety, mental health, trauma, resilience, and problem-solving. Amy serves on the National Association of School Psychologists’ School Safety and Crisis Response Committee and contributes to advisory councils, panels, and conferences worldwide. Known for bringing calm to chaos, she designs structured, practical systems that strengthen schools, protect students, and build safer, more resilient communities.
