Ashley Wahler has been married to her husband, Jason Wahler, for 11 years. During their marriage, Ashley stood by Jason's side as he battled addiction 5 years into their marriage. This transformative experience taught Ashley about the disease of addiction and the devastating effects of codependency, causing her to lose sight of herself. Determined to reclaim her life and support her husband in a healthier way, Ashley began attending Al-Anon meetings. There, she found guidance and support, eventually getting a sponsor and learning to create essential boundaries. This journey of recovery and self-discovery became a pivotal turning point in her life.
